Overview
O-Studio is one of New Zealand’s most innovative wellness studios — combining breathwork, saunas, recovery, meditation and performance science in a beautifully designed, human-centred space.
This project was the very first collaboration between Attraction Studio and myself. They brought me in to help shape and produce a film that would introduce O-Studio to the world: a story of calm, breath, physiology, discipline and community.
Attraction Studio provided strong brand guidance, and from there I handled the full creative pipeline — scriptwriting, storyboarding, voice-over development, directing, filming and editing, with production assistance where needed.
The final piece is a cinematic, atmospheric brand story that lives at the heart of O-Studio’s launch identity.

The Approach
1. Brand Immersion
Before filming, I spent time with the O-Studio team to understand:
Their philosophy
The science behind their methods
How they wanted people to feel when entering the studio
The community and culture they were building
The brand aesthetic developed by Attraction Studio
This informed the narrative tone: calm, grounded, purposeful.
2. Script & Storyboards
I drafted the full script — focusing on breath, presence, recovery, human potential and the quiet power of consistent practice.
Storyboards were developed to map the flow of:

3. Production
Filming was built around:
Slow tracking shots
Warm natural-light interiors

The mood needed to be immersive — something that feels like O-Studio even before you understand what it is.
4. Voice Over & Edit
I shaped the voice-over tone, pacing and flow to match the script’s emotional beats.
